Each meal package features a nourishing mix of mains, sides, breakfasts, and snacks.

We rotate ingredients seasonally and gently increase variety and complexity as the weeks go on.

No dairy (except nourishing ghee here and there), no gluten and no other inflammatory ingredients – to keep your gut happy.
